CORS notice: TestRail Cloud does not send CORS headers, so the browser cannot call it directly. When deployed to Cloudflare Pages, the bundled Pages Function at /proxy handles this automatically — leave the Proxy URL below as /proxy. For local development, run npx wrangler pages dev . which also serves the function at /proxy.
Each channel maps to one persistent TestRail Section (where new cases are created) and one persistent TestRail Run (where results are recorded).
Every QA submission from this app creates a new test case for that communication, adds it to the channel's run, and records a single overall result against it.
